Solicitação de credenciamento para Live Site Ponta Negra em Manaus – 02 a 21/08

Do dia 02 a 21 de agosto, a Ponta Negra será palco da programação cultural de Manaus durante os Jogos Olímpicos Rio 2016 na capital amazonense, uma das seis Cidades do Futebol no País.

O Live Site é o ponto de encontro da torcida. Uma oportunidade para assistir às performances dos atletas no telão, comemorar com os amigos e vivenciar o clima olímpico na cidade com toda família.

Shows musicais com atrações locais e nacionais, apresentação de espetáculos teatrais, intervenções urbanas, bem como exibição de filmes e variadas manifestações artísticas fazem parte do leque de atividades que serão realizadas durante 19 dias, das 10h às 22h.

Toda a programação do Live Site na Ponta Negra acontecerá no anfiteatro, onde haverá uma área destinada à imprensa (ver imagem abaixo), na parte superior da arquibancada, com visão frontal para o palco.

Haverá também uma Sala de Imprensa (Media Center) instalada no estacionamento. O espaço comporta até 25 jornalistas, com disponibilidade de acesso à Internet sem fio (a partir do 4/8). O horário de funcionamento deste espaço será o mesmo do Live Site (10h às 22h).

Para a cobertura jornalística, será necessário o porte de credencial que deverá ser feito por meio do link http://bit.ly/2aAJGmE . Informamos que este procedimento é necessário também para o acesso às instalações do Centro de Mídia, área destinada à imprensa.

Observamos a importância de credenciamento de mais de uma equipe, de acordo com o turno, para a cobertura jornalística da programação local. O contato para entrevista com os artistas deverá ser feito com a assessoria dos mesmos.

IMPORTANTE:

– Acesso de jornalistas credenciados será feito pela entrada de serviço localizada próximo ao camarote das autoridades.

– ESTACIONAMENTO de carros de imprensa será permitido SOMENTE para veículos de empresa devidamente adesivados e condicionado à disponibilidade do estacionamento.

– Jornalistas credenciados para o Rio Media Center, no Rio de Janeiro, também terão acesso ao Media Center do Live Site em Manaus mediante apresentação de credencial e identificação pessoal.

– A partir de 02/8, as solicitações de credenciamento também estarão disponíveis para serem feitas presencialmente no Centro de Mídia do Live Site.

Request for Press Accreditation to the Ponta Negra Live Site at Manaus (Amazonas, Brazil) – Aug. 2^nd to 21^st

From August 2^nd to August 21^st, the Ponta Negra Beach will host the cultural activities of Manaus during the Rio 2016 Olympic Games at the Amazonas capital, one of the six Football Host Cities in Brazil.

Live Site is the place where the crowd gathers together. It’s an opportunity to watch the athlete’s performances on a big screen, cheering and rooting with friends and family and experiencing the Olympic atmosphere in the city.

Musical concerts performed by local and national artists, theatrical productions, urban interventions, film exhibitions and many artistic manifestations are some of the activities that will happen during the nineteen days of the event, always from 10am (10:00) to 10pm (22:00).

All the Live Site attractions will happen at the Ponta Negra Amphitheatre, where there will be an exclusive area for the press (as you can check on the image below), at the superior section of the bleachers, with front view to the stage.

There will also be a Press Room (Media Center) based on the parking lot. The area can accommodate up to 25 journalists, with Wi-Fi Internet access available to them (from day August 4^th). The Media Center opens from 10am to 10pm, during the Live Site.

For the Live Site press coverage, it is obligatory that the journalists have the press credentials, that can be requested through the form link: http://bit.ly/2aAJGmE. This request procedure is also required to access the Media Center destined to the press.

We also remind that is important that more than one press team request accreditation for the press coverage of the local attractions, according to the day shift. Interviews with the artists must be arranged with their respective press agents.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

– Journalists with credentials must access the event through the service entrance, installed next to the authorities’ box.

– The parking lot will be accessible only to press cars identified with press badges and will depend on the still available parking spots.

– Journalists accredited to the Rio Media Center, at Rio de Janeiro, will also have access to the Live Site Media Center at Manaus by showing their credentials and personal ID.

– From August 8^th, the accreditation can also be made in person, at the Live Site Media Center.
