A Prefeitura de Manaus<\/a>, por meio da Secretaria Municipal do Trabalho, Empreendedorismo e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> (Semtepi), concluiu, nesta sexta-feira, 7\/8, a 345\u00aa turma do Empretec, programa de desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias empreendedoras realizado em parceria com o Servi\u00e7o Brasileiro de Apoio \u00e0s Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae-AM). A forma\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como todas as aulas presenciais, aconteceu na sede do Sebrae-AM, localizada na avenida Leonardo Malcher, n\u00ba 924, Centro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o, os mais de 20 formandos participantes tiveram acesso a uma metodologia voltada ao desenvolvimento de comportamentos e habilidades essenciais para quem empreende. Mais do que uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o, o Empretec representa uma oportunidade para que empreendedores possam olhar de forma estrat\u00e9gica para seus neg\u00f3cios, identificar desafios e encontrar caminhos para crescer de maneira mais estruturada e sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHoje, celebramos a forma\u00e7\u00e3o da 345\u00aa turma do Empretec, um marco que representa centenas de empreendedores preparados para enfrentar os desafios do mercado com mais estrat\u00e9gia, planejamento e confian\u00e7a. Cada nova turma formada significa mais conhecimento chegando aos nossos empreendedores e mais neg\u00f3cios sendo fortalecidos. A metodologia do Empretec, desenvolvida pela Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas (ONU) e aplicada em diversos pa\u00edses, trabalha caracter\u00edsticas do comportamento empreendedor e estimula os participantes a desenvolverem uma postura mais estrat\u00e9gica diante dos desafios do mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com a conclus\u00e3o da turma, Manaus ganha novos empreendedores capacitados para colocar em pr\u00e1tica os conhecimentos adquiridos. De acordo com o facilitador do curso, Salvio Rizzato, o Empretec traz um novo modelo para os empreendedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cN\u00e3o houve qualquer tipo de mutila\u00e7\u00e3o no Empretec, por\u00e9m ele est\u00e1 mais tecnol\u00f3gico. Os empreendedores n\u00e3o participam da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para ganhar ou perder conhecimento, muito mais que isso, o Empretec abre os olhos do participante a cada m\u00f3dulo que \u00e9 estudado\u201d, afirmou o professor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para a participante Raquel Gama, o curso estimula o aluno a se adaptar a cultura empreendedora de forma imersiva. \u201cAgora sou uma empreteca com muito orgulho! Estou completamente imersa em muito conte\u00fado e saio deste lugar com alma empreendedora\u201d, conclui a
