A Prefeitura de Manaus, por meio da Secretaria Municipal do Trabalho, Empreendedorismo e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o (Semtepi), iniciou a reforma das galerias populares Esp\u00edrito Santo e Rem\u00e9dios, no Centro, e do shopping Phelippe Daou, no bairro Cidade de Deus, na zona Leste. No total, mais de 1.500 permission\u00e1rios ocupam os espa\u00e7os p\u00fablicos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inaugurado em dezembro de 2017, o shopping Phelippe Daou abriga mais de 400 empreendedores, de diversas \u00e1reas. Ap\u00f3s seis anos, o espa\u00e7o est\u00e1 recebendo uma reforma completa, que inclui limpeza geral de teto e \u00e1rea externa, polimento, pintura de grades, reforma e adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de banheiros. Al\u00e9m disso, espa\u00e7os como a pra\u00e7a de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o ampliados e equipados com novos m\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cN\u00f3s estamos melhorando a estrutura f\u00edsica, tirando vazamentos, pintando, identificando problemas estruturais na ordem de saneamentos e el\u00e9trica, e consequentemente dando uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o melhor para os trabalhadores. A ideia \u00e9 modernizar os espa\u00e7os do shopping Phelippe Daou. Posteriormente, n\u00f3s vamos trabalhar planos de neg\u00f3cios, para que o local tenha mais movimento e as pessoas consigam vender mais seus produtos\u201c, afirmou o titular da Semtepi, Radyr J\u00fanior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para refor\u00e7ar a seguran\u00e7a dos permission\u00e1rios, ser\u00e1 feita a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e2meras de monitoramento na \u00e1rea interna e no estacionamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEu trabalho aqui desde que o shopping foi inaugurado, e agora estamos vendo a reforma nos banheiros e na estrutura. Isso \u00e9 bom tanto para quem trabalha aqui quanto para os clientes\u201d, disse a permission\u00e1ria Maria Valente, que vende artigos variados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Central do Empreendedor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para fomentar o empreendedorismo nas zonas Norte e Leste de Manaus, o shopping Phelippe Daou ir\u00e1 receber a Central do Empreendedor. O projeto conta com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um coworking<\/em>, atendimento administrativo, \u00e1rea para cursos de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e facilita\u00e7\u00e3o de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas para empreendedores e microempreendedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
